Here at South Attleboro Assembly of God our membership process is quite simple. We offer a class entitled "Class 301: The Joy of Belonging - Exploring Membership" about once every 6 months.
This class provides you with an opportunity to become familiar with various aspects of our church. In it we cover fundamental doctrinal beliefs, church government structure, a history of our Fellowship, assessment of spiritual gifts and various other important issues. We also give you an opportunity to ask questions and we attempt to provide any necessary clarification. You can then assess whether you agree with our major beliefs and stances---an important element in a decision to become a member of any church.
If, after completing the class, you decide you'd like to put down roots at South Attleboro Assembly, we then extend to you an invitation to apply for membership.
Our next membership class is scheduled to begin on Sunday, September 7, 2008 and will run for approximately eight weeks. It meets from 9:30 am to 10:25 am in room #207 of the DVJ Family Life Center.
