Children's Church is held each Sunday morning for children ages 3-12. There are two Children's Churches Explorers (Ages 3-5), and Kids 4 Christ (Ages 6-12). Explorers is only held in the 10:30 service. Kids 4 Christ during the 8:00 Service is for ages 3-12.
Explorers is South Attleboro's Jr. Children's Church for ages 3-5. The children this age can be dropped off before the 10:30 AM service in room 106 of the DVJ Family Life Center. Here the children will have their own age appropriate worship and lesson. They will learn about Jesus and His Word, and have some fun doing it.
Kids 4 Christ is a ministry for children ages 6 to 12. Children's Church meets in room 201 of the DVJ Family Life Center at 8:00 and 10:30 AM. The goal of Children's Church is to teach the children of our church about Jesus Christ in a way that is understandable and applicable to them.
Through object lessons, Bible stories, teaching, illustrations, games, projects, and prayer the children learn the principles of God's Word in a way that they can understand.
